Former research technician
Samantha Shih received her B.A. in Neuroscience and Behavior with a Cellular and Molecular Concentration from Barnard College in 2020. There she completed her senior research thesis, in the lab of Dr. Jonathan Snow, on whether reproductive potential can differentially affect the heat shock response in Apis mellifera. While she was in the lab Sam worked to understand genes that regulated axon and dendrite morphogenesis.
